2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

To confirm a booking, a minimum advance payment (as specified by our agent or on our website) is required.

The balance payment must be made before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
3. Pricing

All prices mentioned on our website or brochures are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airline or hotel rate revisions, or government taxes.

Any increase in cost after booking confirmation (due to external factors) must be borne by the traveler.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the following general policy:

30 days or more before departure: 10% of the package cost

15–29 days before departure: 25% of the package cost

7–14 days before departure: 50% of the package cost

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after deducting the necessary cancellation charges.

No refund will be provided for unused services or last-minute cancellations.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, tickets, health certificates, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Mega Routes Tours & Travels is not responsible for any denial of entry, deportation, or delay caused by incomplete or invalid documents.

Travelers must comply with all local laws and customs regulations of the countries visited.
6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage.

7. Changes or Modifications
