At Mega Routes Tours & Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and fairness for all our valued customers. Please read the following carefully before making a booking.


1. General Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official contact form.

  • Cancellations are considered effective only after you receive a written confirmation from our team.

  • The refund amount depends on the time of cancellation before the travel date and the specific services booked.


2. Cancellation Charges

Unless otherwise stated in your package, the standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
30 days or more 10% of total package cost
15 – 29 days 25% of total package cost
07 – 14 days 50% of total package cost
Less than 07 days 100% (No refund)

3. No-Show or Early Departure

  • No refund will be provided if the traveler fails to show up for the trip or voluntarily discontinues the tour mid-way.

  • Unused services such as sightseeing, meals, hotel stays, or transfers are non-refundable.


4. Cancellations by the Company

In rare cases where [Your Company Name] has to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, low participation, etc.):

  • Travelers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour for a later date.

  • The company is not liable for any additional expenses (visa, insurance, flight tickets, etc.) not booked directly through us.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during booking.

  • Transaction or service charges from payment gateways, banks, or third parties are non-refundable.


6. Flight, Hotel & Visa Refunds

  • Airline tickets: Refunds are subject to airline rules and fare conditions.

  • Hotel bookings: Refunds depend on the hotel’s individual cancellation policy.

  • Visa fees: Visa application charges, once paid, are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.


7. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellations, or any other situation deemed as Force Majeure.
