Day Wise Itinenary

Day 1 : Arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP—Gangtok

Our representative will greet you upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP and then transfer you to Gangtok. You must register at your hotel upon arrival. After registering, you can go sightseeing in the evening. Accommodation at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2 : Excursion to New Baba Mandir & Tsomgo Lake

After breakfast, drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,210 ft.) and New Baba Mandir, about 40 km away (2.5 hrs). Birds like the Brahminy ducks inhabit Tsomgo Lake, a frozen lake near Nathula Pass, for most of the year. Close to it is the New Baba Mandir, which has religious importance. Evening leisure activities are allowed, but watch the time. Spend the night at a hotel in Gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, we can visit some of Gangtok’s famous tourist attractions, such as Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, Gonjang Monastery, and Bakthang Waterfalls. Then, we can return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Gangtok to Darjeeling

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and make your way to Darjeeling. On the way, you can witness the mesmerising view of the Teesta River, mountains, and forests. Upon arrival, register in the hotel. In the evening you can go on your own and visit the local markets. Spend the night at the Darjeeling Hotel.

Day 5 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

The first activity is to wake up early and go to Tiger Hill to see the sunrise over Kanchenjunga. Later, proceed to Batasia Loop, one of the oldest Tibeto-Buddhist monasteries in Darjeeling. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed to other sightseeing places like Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Japanese Peace Pagoda, etc. Spend the night at the Darjeeling Hotel.

Day 6 : Darjeeling—Departure—Bhadrapur Airport/NJP

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport/NJP for your onward journey.
